Hey there! We are Keaton and Gracey Riley! As recently married, full -time college students with jobs, we understand that finding time and being able to afford to travel can feel impossible! That's why we started R.E.A.L. Travel! We have gotten really good at being able to maximize our free time and realized that travel doesn't actually have to break the bank! We want to help you see the world the way that your current life situation will allow and take out any trip-planning stress so you can just enjoy the ride! Services and pricing
Free Travel Consultation
This is a FREE, one hour, call to discuss travel goals and preferences! You will take our Preferences Questionairre beforehand and we will come to the call prepared with ideas and prices based on your answers.
*Additional calls past the one hour will be $20 (partial hours rounded up)We will encourage you to book during this call because travel prices are subject to change and the prices we find may only be accurate at the time of call but there is no obligation to do so if you are not ready!
A La Carte Travel
Sometimes you have connections or want to plan some of your trip on your own. That's great! We can book:
-Flights
-Accommodations
-Trasportation (i.e. rental car)
- Excursions and ActivitiesIf you send us a link for the item that you want to book, we can look for a better rate on our platform. No additional fee will be charged at any point.If you book during the FREE, first hour, consult call, no additional fee will be charged.We will be able to apply any points or status to your bookings to grow your points.
Full Itinerary Build
Flat Rate: $100 (domestic) and $150 (international)This is the best option for people who have a destination and a budget in mind but don't want to stress about planning a trip. We will build a day-by-day itinerary with flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on your Preferences Questionnairre and the Consult Call. You will have full control of what you are doing on your trip without the stress of coordination details!
Mystery Itinerary Build
Flat Rate: $250
This is the option for the most adventurous travelers! You fill out the Preferences Questionnaire with everything... except a destination!! We will use your answers to create you a fully personalized itinerary to a mystery destination in the world with flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities! You won't know where you are going until you get your itinerary in the mail!! We will handle all the coordination of your trip and you just have to arrive with the confidence that any bumps in your travel will be quickly taken care of by your Advisor at R.E.A.L. Travel! Doesn't that sound so fun?!

Frequently asked questions
How does payment work if you don't charge a fee?
This is the coolest! Many companies in the travel industry have commission fees baked into the price you see. What that means is that if a hotel has a room listed for $100 and offers 10% commission and you book directly with them, you pay $100 and they get $100. If you book through us, you pay $100 (or sometimes lower if they offer us a discount for you) and we get the $10 commission. You pay the same and the hotel pays us! This makes it risk-free for you to use us! :)Why would I use a Travel Advisor if I can just book it myself?
When you use us, we are able to provide insights and expertise during your travel. We are usually given new travel updates first and can help get that info to you! We will be able to help with the research process and help you make the most of your time and money. We are also able to leverage relationships that we have with different companies to often get upgrades or discounts. On top of those perks, even if you pay the same price as you would on your own, booking with us gives you one contact point for support if issues arise during your trip! With all options, you can contact us in any way to let us know how we can help you. We will send you a Travel Preferences Questionaiire that will help us get to know your travel style. Then we will decide what option would be best for your travel goals: a la carte options, an Itinerary Build Out, or a Mystery Trip Itinerary Build Out.
A la carte: Most communication can be done through email or text but we can call if you prefer.
Itinerary Build Out: We will have a one-hour consult call where we can discuss options and what you would like to do on your trip. After the initial call, we will confirm details through email and text.
Mystery Trip: We will discuss budget and you will send us the amount in full (including our build out fee). We will then book the entirety of your trip for you within that budget. After we finish, we will send remainder of your budget back to you as well as a personalized itinerary and all receipts.
With all options: When it is time to book, we will send you a link to give us your card information securely and we will book on our platform. This allows us to manage bookings, provide support, contact companies on your behalf, and be able to answer any questions you may have before, during, or after your trip.How are the Itinerary Build Out and Mystery Trip different than a la carte options?
If you want help booking parts of your trip, or a la carte options, we will often send you a list of option overviews and ball-park prices and when you decide where you are going or what you want to do, we will do a little more research and get the best price for you. This is the best option if you just want to know where to get started or want to see if we can get you a deal or upgrade. With the Itinerary Build Out, we will have a consult call and go in depth of the best things to do while you are on your vacation and when is best to go. We can do all of the research and you just have to say "yes" or "no!" This is the best option if you know you want to go somewhere but don't have time or desire to research, you just want to show up and not worry about anything. The Mystery Trip Build Out is a unique experience because you will give us your budget and we will plan you a personalized trip somewhere in your budget and time frame. With this option, you really do just let go! Some people have a really hard time with this because we are so connected in our world. Our Mystery Trip Clients have stated that it is exhilarating to let go. If you have more specific questions, please reach out!When is the best time to reach out to you?
The best time is when you are ready to book a trip. Prices change daily in the travel world so if we give you a quote and you wait on it, prices will likely fluctuate. We are happy to help at any point of your research process but our services will be most effective for you if you are ready to book within a few days of reaching out!If I like to research my own trips, can I still use you?
YES!! If you want to plan your own trip, you can send us the links to what you would like to book and we can look for discounts or upgrades on our platform!
